What We’re Looking For:
A background in cabinet making or fitout work (commercial)
Someone who’s worked on the bench or on site in the industry
A solid understanding of cabinetry, materials, and fitout processes
Experience dealing with trades and coordinating site activity
Strong communication skills – clear, confident, and professional
Willingness to get hands-on when required – not afraid to jump in
A desire to move into a leadership/project role without stepping fully away from site
