Roles & Responsibilities
As a Junior Recruiter, you’ll be fully office-based and play a key role in supporting recruitment operations across the following sectors:
Manufacturing
Transport & Logistics
Construction
This is an exciting, fast-paced role where you'll gain hands-on experience and be mentored by experienced recruiters. You will assist in sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and supporting clients in finding the right talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing candidates through various platforms and databases
Screening CVs and conducting telephone interviews
Managing candidate communications and interview scheduling
Supporting senior recruiters with client and candidate management
Maintaining and updating the internal database and recruitment systems
Requirements
Interest or knowledge of the construction, transport or manufacturing industry desirable
A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a team-focused, fast-paced environment
Previous office experience is essential, recruitment experience is an advantage
