Roles & Responsibilities
Ensuring that all Subcontractor management portals are up to date with all required information, e.g. insurance details, safety certs, etc.
Ensuring own company equipment is correctly recorded and all certification is up to date.
Manage and control company vehicles (Insurance, Tax, Diesel cards, Van Trackers)
ISO: Prepare all areas within the business for ISO auditing, ensuring that all required records are in place. Ensure all parts of the sites are clean, tidy and audit ready; Complete review of all SOP prior to audit and ensure any required changes are made. Accompany Auditor on the days of the audit and endeavour to close out on any issues highlighted prior to the end of the audit
General administration duties
Requirements
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a administration role
Aptitude for closing action items swiftly and to meet required project deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Be comfortable dealing with and efficient in processing paperwork.
Demonstrated ability to work to deadlines.
Good self-discipline with a strong commitment to quality and procedures
Good attention to detail, with a methodical and analytical approach to work
Must be able to work on your own initiative as well as within a team.
Strong PC skills, particulalry MS Office and Excel.
