Roles & Responsibilities
Our client is seeking an experienced Engineering Coordinator to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless coordination of engineering schedules, managing customer relations, and optimising operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service Excellence:
- Handle a large volume of customer enquiries via email and phone, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Schedule Management:
- Coordinate and schedule engineers' appointments, ensuring efficient allocation and utilisation of resources.
- Monitor and manage daily and weekly targets for the engineering team to ensure optimal performance.
Reporting:
- Prepare and provide regular customer reports to maintain transparency and foster strong client relationships.
Reactive Works:
- Manage ad-hoc reactive tasks efficiently, prioritising urgent requests to minimise downtime and disruptions.
Subcontractor Coordination:
- Coordinate subcontractor schedules and oversee billing processes to ensure accurate and timely payments.
Working Hours:
- Two rotating shifts:
- Monday to Thursday: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm or 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
- Friday: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar coordination or administrative role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Package
Salary: €35,000 - €38,000 DOE
