Our client is migrating from a legacy platform to a new integrated Transport, Compliance and Customer Management system. They are seeking an experienced IT Systems Super User to lead onboarding, project coordination, and the ongoing management, optimisation and continuous improvement of the new system across the organisation.
Project & Onboarding Management
• Lead the internal implementation and rollout of the new Transport Management System (TMS).
• Coordinate with external software providers and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and manage onboarding plans, timelines and training schedules.
• Oversee data migration from the legacy system, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
• Identify and mitigate implementation risks.
Systems Management & Super User Support
• Act as the primary Super User and subject matter expert.
• Provide ongoing user support and troubleshooting.
• Deliver structured training sessions across departments.
• Develop SOPs, user guides and best practice documentation.
• Monitor system usage and drive full adoption across teams.
Continuous Improvement
• Analyse workflows and identify opportunities to optimise system usage.
• Work with compliance and transport teams to enhance reporting and operational efficiency.
• Recommend and implement system upgrades, integrations and automation improvements.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools to support management decision-making.
Compliance & Data Oversight
• Ensure the system supports transport compliance requirements across jurisdictions.
• Maintain data accuracy, security and reporting standards.
• Support audit preparation and compliance reporting functions.
Previous experience as a Super User, Systems Administrator or Implementation Lead.
• Experience working with Transport Management Systems (TMS) or similar operational platforms.
• Strong understanding of transport operations and compliance processes.
• Proven experience managing system migrations or upgrades.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
€45,000-€55,000+ depending on expereince
Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to locally manage the end-to-end implementation of SAP Success Factors Human Capital Management (HCM) platform.
• Lead and manage end-to-end local implementation of Success Factors coordinating resources, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear communication, project updates, and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Utilise PM tools to create customized dashboards and reporting for project tracking and decision-making.
• Manage data integration efforts ensuring secure and efficient data migration, transformation, and storage.
• Develop comprehensive project reports and analyses to keep stakeholders informed and ensure data-driven decision-making.
• Oversee wave deployments ensuring they are aligned with the organization’s needs and compliance requirements.
• Maintain documentation and project information, creating a reliable knowledge base for current and future projects.
• Apply project management methodologies such as PMP and PRINCE2 to maintain project structure, streamline workflows, and manage risks effectively.
• Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration, providing leadership, guidance, and technical expertise to ensure project alignment with business objectives.
