· Manage the delivery of bespoke precast projects from award to completion, ensuring timelines, quality, and budgets aremaintained.
· Act as the main point ofcontact for all site-related communication with contractors, site managers, andclients.
· Coordinate with installation teams,providing necessary documentation, drawings, and logistical support.
· Conduct site surveys forboth bespoke and standard flooring projects, including pre-installation checks and dimensional verification.
· Assist in the project management of standard flooring jobs when time and workload allow.
· Attend regular site visits,coordination meetings, and monitor progress on live projects.
· Resolve technical and installation issues quickly and effectively,escalating where necessary.
· Ensure compliance with relevant health & safety standards, site protocols, and company procedures.
· HNC / HND or Degree in CivilEngineering, Construction Management, orsimilar discipline.
· Minimum 1–2 years' site-based experience inconstruction, preferably in precast or structural concrete.
· Competent in reading and interpreting technical and construction drawings.
· Good organisational and communication skills.
· Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
· Fullclean driving licence
· Valid Safe Pass
· Proficiency in site surveying tools (e.g. laserlevels, total stations).
