Empire Recruitment is seeking a Sales Manager to join our client’s established agricultural machinery business. The successful candidate will play a key role across both machinery and spare parts operations, supporting sales, inventory control, customer service, and general store management.
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage sales of farm machinery and tractor/machinery spare parts.
Handle the full parts process: ordering, receiving, returns, pricing, and inventory control.
Assist customers at the counter, by phone, and via email, offering technical guidance where required.
Maintain accurate stock records and manage product displays.
Use computer systems to look up parts, place orders, generate invoices, and track inventory.
Support marketing activities, including promotions, social media updates, and product advertising.
Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Requirements
Previous experience in a similar farm machinery, motor parts, or agri-sales role is highly desirable.
Alternatively, a recently qualified and enthusiastic candidate with strong interest in agricultural machinery will also be considered.
