Our Client

Roles & Responsibilities

·      Manage project costs from contract award through to final account

·      Monitor budgets, costs, and overall project performance

·      Identify risks and support commercial recovery where required

·      Raise and agree subcontract packages

·      Work closely with design and operations teams

·      Assistin the preparation of monthly cost/value reporting

Requirements

·  Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar

·  5+ years ’experience

·  Strong commercial awareness & communication skills

· Experience dealing with variations and design changes

·  Ability tomanage workload across multiple projects

Package

Salary: €55,000-€72,000+NEG. depending on experience
