Empire Recruitment are seeking a Production Operative on behalf of our client, a leading company within the food manufacturing sector. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with company procedures.
Accurately measure, weigh, and add ingredients following precise product recipes and batch guidelines.
Monitor product quality throughout the production process, ensuring consistency and compliance with food safety standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area in line with HACCP and company requirements.
Carry out basic maintenance checks and report any machine faults or irregularities promptly.
Assist with packaging, labelling, and storage of finished products as required.
Work as part of a team to achieve daily production targets and maintain workflow efficiency.
Requirements
Previous experience in a food production or manufacturing environment preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to follow instructions and written procedures carefully.
Good understanding of health, safety, and food hygiene practices.
Comfortable working with production machinery and manual handling.
Flexibility to work shifts or overtime when required.
Package
€14.10 - €15.00 per Hour
Monday - Thursday - 5am to 5pm
