Production Manager

·       Manage the delivery of bespoke precast projects from award to completion, ensuring timelines, quality, and budgets aremaintained.

·       Act as the main point ofcontact for all site-related communication with contractors, site managers, andclients.

·       Coordinate with installation teams,providing necessary documentation, drawings, and logistical support.

·       Conduct site surveys forboth bespoke and standard flooring projects, including pre-installation checks and dimensional verification.

·       Assist in the project management of standard flooring jobs when time and workload allow.

·       Attend regular site visits,coordination meetings, and monitor progress on live projects.

·       Resolve technical and installation issues quickly and effectively,escalating where necessary.

·       Ensure compliance with relevant health& safety standards, site protocols, and company procedures.

• Operate a HIAB-equipped lorry to     load, transport, and unload wastewater treatment systems, septic tanks, and rainwater harvesting systems
• The fitting and sealing off risers if needed on top of the tanks.
• The fitting and connection of  pipes if needed between interconnecting tanks.
• Deliver to construction and  residential sites across Ireland.
• Ensure loads are secured safely and comply with transport regulations.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks  and maintain cleanliness and roadworthiness of the lorry.
• Work closely with despatch and  production teams to coordinate deliveries and pickups according to  schedule.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and collections.

• Assemble and install shuttering and formwork for concrete structures.
• Work with precast layouts and concrete form systems on construction sites.
• Interpret and work from construction drawings and site plans.
• Ensure formwork is accurately set out and securely installed before concrete pours.
• Strip and remove formwork once concrete has set.
• Work closely with site management and other trades to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety on site.

As a Customer Service Administrator, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of daily administrative tasks within the Retrofit team. You’ll handle customer communications, manage documents and appointments, liaise with internal departments and external partners, and support compliance with industry and quality standards.

This role would suit someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
