Our Client

Our client is seeking an experienced and driven Production Manager to lead and oversee our manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling production processes to ensure that products are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Meet weekly production targets     set for the facility.
  • Allocate production team duties to ensure productive utilisation of human resources.
  • Liaise with sales and dispatch departments ensuring all finished products are produced to the highest     quality and on time.
  • Establish and maintain routine and preventative maintenance programs for production facility and mobile     plant to minimise down time.
  • Ensure adequate stocks of raw  materials, plant consumables and spare parts are available at all times.
  • Ensure that product conforms  to agreed high quality standards.
  • Monitor product stocks and plan production accordingly.
  • Ensure company employees and  sub-contractors comply with the company health & safety policy and procedures.

Requirements

  • Relevant manufacturing or environmental systems experience required
  • Full driving licence
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Good technical ability,  enthusiastic, driven and capable of managing production teams

Thesuccessful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient deliveryand collection of wastewater treatment systems to and from sites, using alorry-mounted crane (HIAB). The role is vital in supporting our operationalteams by ensuring timely and safe transport of goods.

  • Operate a HIAB-equipped lorry to     load, transport, and unload wastewater treatment systems, septic tanks, and rainwater harvesting systems
  • The fitting and sealing off risers if needed on top of the tanks.
  • The fitting and connection of  pipes if needed between interconnecting tanks.
  • Deliver to construction and  residential sites across Ireland.
  • Ensure loads are secured safely and comply with transport regulations.
  • Carry out daily vehicle checks  and maintain cleanliness and roadworthiness of the lorry.
