Roles & Responsibilities

Key Sales Order Processing Responsibilities

  • Customer     Interaction
  • Handle incoming customer calls/emails and enquiries in a professional and timely  manner
  • Prepare and issue accurate quotations based on customer requirements
  • Order     Management
  • Process  customer orders efficiently and accurately
  • Monitor  orders through the full sales cycle from enquiry to delivery and invoicing
  • Ensure   all relevant documentation is completed and maintained
  • Courier     Interaction
  • Communicate     with couriers regarding quotes, shipments and relevant documentation required

Requirements

  • Minimum  3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Strong  organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively with a high attention to detail
  • Experience using ERP/CRM systems or similar software for order/quote management  (training provided).
  • Proficiency  in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel, Word, Outlook, and  PowerPoint
