We are recruiting for a Warehouse & Inventory Manager for our client in the Cavan area.
· Lead and Develop the Warehouse Team.
· Manage Inventory Control Systems: Deploy and maintain systems (e.g. SAP ERP) to track inventory in real-time and generate actionable reports.
· Monitor Kanban Stock Levels and Reorder Points: Set and adjust minimum and maximum stock levels and reorder points to trigger timely replenishments.
· Conduct Regular Audits and Cycle Counts: Perform scheduled inventory checks to verify accuracy and identify shrinkage or discrepancies.
· Coordinate with Suppliers and Logistics: Maintain strong vendor relationships and coordinate deliveries to ensure timely restocking.
· Minimise Waste and Obsolescence: Manage product shelf life and rotate stock effectively to reduce expired or obsolete items.
· Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma with focus on Inventory or Warehouse Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or Operations Management.
· 2–5years of experience in inventory management, logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations including a proven track record of :
· Managing stock control systems.
· Handling procurement or purchasing requirements.
· Using enterprise resource planning (ERP) or warehouse management systems (WMS).
· Leading and setting goals for performance and operational improvement.
