Job description

Our Client

An expanding and higly successfully business, contining to grow.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Month-End  Close: Lead the process across all group entities, including journals,  reconciliations, intercompany, and consolidation
  • Board  Reporting: Prepare monthly board packs (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, KPIs) with clear, concise commentary
  • External  Financial Reporting: Own the delivery of statutory financial statements  and the annual audit process under FRS 102
  • Reporting  Automation: Build and maintain automated reporting solutions using Power Query (M) and Power BI (DAX)
  • Data Integration: Consolidate data from finance and operational systems to ensure consistent reporting across the group
  • Forecasting  & Insight: Support budgeting, reforecasting, and performance analysis
  • Governance & Controls: Ensure robust financial controls, data integrity, and reporting standards are in place

Requirements

  • Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with 5+ years’ PQE in group reporting or financial control
  • Proven experience managing the month-end close and delivering external financial statements under FRS 102
  • Advanced skills in Power BI and Power Query are required
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with NetSuite and Salesforce are desirable
  • Clear  communicator with strong attention to detail and the ability to work at pace
