• Project Management & Delivery
Lead and manage architectural projects from designdevelopment through tender, construction and completion, ensuring projects aredelivered to agreed programmes, budgets and quality standards.
• Technical Design & Documentation
Lead the preparation and coordination of high-quality technical drawings, specifications, schedules, tender documentation and construction packages, with a strong focus on buildability and technical accuracy.
• Statutory & Regulatory Compliance
Ensure projects comply with current Irish Planning andBuilding Regulations, BC(A)R requirements, Fire Safety and Disability Accessrequirements, and other relevant statutory standards and approvals.
• DesignTeam & Stakeholder Coordination
Coordinate effectively with clients, architects, engineers,specialist consultants, contractors, local authorities and other project stakeholders, managing information flow and resolving technical and design issues throughout the project.
• Construction Stage & Site Management
Attend and lead design team and site meetings, carry outsite inspections, respond to technical queries and RFIs, review construction information and monitor works to ensure compliance with the design intent, specifications and required quality standards.
• TeamLeadership & Quality Management
Manage project resources and workloads, provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members, review project outputs and contribute to the continuous improvement of BIM/Revit standards, technical procedures and quality assurance within the practice.

• Supervise and coordinate civil engineering and earthworks activities on site.
• Manage site crews, machine operators and subcontractors ona day-to-day basis.
• Oversee bulk excavation, cut and fill, site clearance and groundworks.
• Coordinate drainage, ducting, utilities and associatedcivil works.
• Ensure works are completed in accordance with drawings,specifications and programme requirements.
• Plan daily activities and allocate labour, plant andresources effectively.
