We are recruiting for an Experienced Administrator for our client in the Leixlip area.
**This is a fixed term contract aprox 10 weeks**
Duties:
- Assisting H&S manager with all site documentation
- Inputting data
- Filing documents as required
- Ensuring all documents are compliant
- Answering calls
- Answering emails
- Typing documents
- General Admin duties
Requirements:
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures would be benedicial
- Experience using Excel, Word and Power Point
- Safe Pass in date is essential
- Manual Handling in date is essential
- Available for an immediate start
- Excellent telephone manner
Hours are Mon-Fri : 7.30 am to 4.30 pm
3 days a week
