Due to company growth our client requires a Sales Coordinator for the Retrofit sector.
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for the generation and administration of Sales for the company, meeting with potential contractors and liaising with contractors, BER Assessors and customers, and supporting the work of the retrofit team. The Sales Coordinator must have ensure the technical specification for the works to be completed on a customer’s property is documented and correct. The Sales Coordinator is required to carry out their duties in accordance with ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 Management System. Under ISO 45001, The Sales Coordinator needs to take account not only of their own health and safety, but also the health and safety of others. The Sales Coordinator are responsible to report any hazardous situations or concerns so that action can be taken.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for the generation of Sales.
- Arranging appointments with potential customers in order to promote the company and its products.
- Responsible for the appropriate representation of the company.
- Responsible for meeting with potential contractors.
- Responsible for liaising with contractors in the Republic and Northern Ireland during the sales process and at other stages of the process as required.
- Responsible for liaising with BER Assessors on the technical specification of the works to be completed.
- Responsible for maintaining and servicing their existing customer base.
- Required to attend site meetings, and offer technical support to clients where necessary.
- Required to communicate with all other departments within the organisation to ensure the customers’ expectations are met in full.
- Required to keep diaries and records up to date in a legible manner.
- Expected to meet and exceed their targets where possible on a monthly basis.
- Responsible for preparing and submitting quotations and tenders on behalf of the company
- Required to help grow cross border opportunities.
- Required to help develop and grow the NISEP scheme.
- Required to research business opportunities in Northern Ireland by Identifying prospective clients/partners.
- Responsible for attending Trade Shows and other networking events in the Republic and Northern Ireland on behalf the company to promote and grow the business where possible.
