Our Client

Our Client is a well established transport and logistics company who are seeking to add to the compliance team with a fleet compliance administrator.

Roles & Responsibilities

About the Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Fleet Compliance Administrator to join the compliance team of a well-established transport company. This is a key role supporting the ongoing safety, legal compliance, and efficiency of a large fleet of trucks and trailers.

You will be responsible for ensuring all fleet records are accurately maintained and up to date within the fleet management system, including safety inspections, regulatory checks, and maintenance records. This role requires a high level of accuracy, strong IT literacy, and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vehicle safety inspections, servicing, and regulatory checks
  • Input and manage fleet data using the company’s fleet management system
  • Monitor inspection schedules and ensure all vehicles remain compliant with relevant safety and transport legislation
  • Liaise with drivers, workshops, and third-party service providers to coordinate vehicle maintenance and compliance documentation
  • Prepare and produce reports as required by management
  • Assist in audits and internal reviews of fleet compliance
  • Support the wider compliance team with administrative tasks as required

Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 08:30 – 18:00
  • Every third Saturday: 08:00 – 13:00
    Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
    Work Environment: Office-based

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within transport, logistics, or fleet compliance
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
  • Excellent IT literacy – confident using MS Office and fleet management software
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement

Package

Salary: €14 - 14.50 per hour DOE

Overtime paid after 40 hours @ €21 - €21.75 per hour
