Technical Support Engineer

Do you want to work with a fast growing IT Managed Service Provider that’s bringing the latest technology and Cyber Security solutions to SME’s in the North East of Ireland?

Our client prides themselves on providing incredible support & service to business’s that are looking to grow and improve their business by harnessing technology. They also focused on protecting our clients business’s by introducing the latest Cyber Security solutions to protect against Malware, Ransomware & Phishing attacks.They are a small close team which means you will be exposed to numerous different functions of the business and will have the opportunity to take ownership of your own function. Our client is a progressing company which means there will be a lot of potential to upskill.

You will be able to demonstrate how you have implemented, managed or maintained two or more of the following technologies:

  • Office 365 Email & SharePoint
  • Windows Physical & Virtual servers with roles such as AD, File, DNS, DHCP
  • SonicWALL firewalls
  • Windows 10 devices
  • Azure AD & Intune
  • Wired & Wireless Networking – switch’s, DNS, DHCP, Gateways, WiFi controllers
  • Server Imaging, Offsite Data Backup & Cloud to Cloud Backup solutions
