Role Overview:

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project delivery. This includes planning, procurement, coordination, and execution. You will ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution:

  • Coordinate resources, including labour and materials, to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Procure materials within budget and ensure they are delivered according to the project timeline.
  • Oversee the availability and compliance of plant and equipment on-site.

Quality & Safety Management:

  • Ensure all work adheres to approved drawings and specifications.
  • Develop and implement Inspection and Test Plans to maintain quality.
  • Create and update risk assessments and method statements as needed.
  • Uphold stringent Health & Safety standards on all sites.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Maintain strong communication with senior management and client organisations.
  • Lead internal and external project meetings, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Foster positive relationships with operatives, subcontractors, and clients.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Report on progress, costs, and any project variations to senior management.
  • Conduct on-site quality checks and ensure all materials meet required standards.


Educational Background:

  • A degree in construction science, engineering, or a related field.


  • At least 5 years of project management experience in the roofing/cladding sector.
  • Strong knowledge of roofing construction methods, safety codes, and practices.


  • Excellent communication, supervisory, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in IT, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and preferably Microsoft Project.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A current driving licence.
