We are recruiting for a Sales Support Administrator for our client in the Meath area.

Responsibilities
- Providing Estimating support to the Specification Team
- Preparing quotations in line with client's specification
- After sales support on projects
- Working with our European factories
- Working with our Warehouse team to coordinate customer deliveries & logistics
- Manage & maintain sample library
For the position of Specification Sales Support Role – Sanitaryware + Tiles, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Customer Service experience is essential
- Previous experience in the bathrooms/tiles/interiors industry not essential but favourable
- Specification / retail experience desirable
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well cross-functionally
- Pro-active in sales approach / target driven
- Capable of working on own initiative to improve workflow and processes
- Passionate about customer service, and a confident communicator
- Customer focused with a desire to provide our customers with first-class service
- IT iterate, particularly Word, Excel and Microsoft Outlook (experience with SAP advantageous)
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieving targets
- Superior communication skills, organisational skills & administrative abilities essential
- Desire for wanting to progress/career development
