We are recruiting for an experienced Bookeeper for our client in the North Dublin area.

Empire Recruitment are delighted to bring to the market an excellent opportunity to join one of our clients leading the way in their field within the construction industry. Our client requires an experienced accounts assistant for their busy office on the North-side of Dublin. The role will be fully office based, Monday – Friday 08:00 – 16:00 each day with a permanent contract upon successful completion of probationary period. With an excellent salary of €33,000 DOE on offer this is an unmissable opportunity to get onboard with a progressive and ever-growing company.

The successful candidate will have the following:

  • Experience using sage for day-to-day accounts including Invoicing & updating ledgers, a knowledge of RCT for the construction industry would be beneficial but not essential
  • Excellent level of both written and spoken English with particular attention to detail on spelling and grammar for document preparation
  • Proven track record in effective and accurate communication with clients and contractors via phone and email, constantly maintain company image with professional telephone and email manner
  • General administration experience with proven ability to confidentially manage documentation such as contractors’ rates and HR documentation

In addition to the above the candidate will also be required to act as company reception, dealing with visitors and effectively taking notes from callers and passing onto relevant team members within the business. You will also be tasked with keeping the reception clean and presentable at all times.
